The Holistic Moms Network is a national nonprofit that brings parents together to support each other in natural living and gentle parenting. What started in 2002 as a small New Jersey moms’ group has grown into a nationwide community focused on education, connection, and holistic values. They emphasize kindness, respect, and awareness—encouraging families to live simply, make mindful choices, and care for the planet. More than just a moms’ club, HMN stands out for its authenticity, integrity, and commitment to helping families live healthier, more balanced lives together.
The Problem: The original site was like a cluttered playroom—slow, a bit disorganized, and hard to navigate. Moms who came to the site for quick info on holistic living were met with delays and confusion, which isn’t ideal when you’re juggling the demands of family life. The challenge was to turn this around, making the site faster, cleaner, and more intuitive, so moms could get the info they needed without the digital hurdles.
What I Did: I dug deep into the site’s structure and identified the key areas that needed improvement. By optimizing images, refining the layout, and streamlining the code, I transformed the site into a fast, user-friendly space that’s easy to navigate. Whether moms are looking for tips on green living or holistic parenting, they can now find what they need quickly and effortlessly. The redesigned homepage is now more than just functional. Now it’s inviting, intuitive, and a pleasure to use.
The Payoff: The revamped site is now faster, cleaner, and perfectly tailored for the holistic-minded mom.
